The 17th International Radiance Workshop will be hosted by the School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering at Loughborough University, UK. As with previous years, the Workshop will take place over three days: 3rd to 5th September 2018. One day will be an optional training/tutorial day (details TBC). The other two days will follow the usual Workshop format of presentations on anything and everything Radiance/HDR.
Includes am/pm tea/coffee and lunch for each respective day.
A link to the booking page will be made available after Easter.
Update [15/03/18]: We've had a request from a number of delegates that the training/tutorial day be moved to the last day (5th September) and so the Workshop will be on the first two days: 3rd & 4th September.
The Workshop will take place in the newly refurbished Architecture Building (also known as the Keith Green Building). As part of the refurbishment carried out in 2017, the expanse of glass on the south-west facade was replaced with SageGlass electrochromic glazing. An ideal setting for a Radiance International Workshop!
Please send details to the organising committee at Radiance2018. Author(s)/affiliation, title and a few sentences outlining the presentation will do. Abstracts will be vetted in the usual fashion and authors will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
Places are limited (number TBC) and booking will open as soon as costs have been determined. As with all previous Workshops, the organisers will endeavour to keep costs as low as possible to encourage and widen participation. Bookings will be made through Loughborough University – a link from this page will be provided once details are finalised.
If you have suggestions for the tutorial/training day – either sessions you'd like to hear or give – please send them to the organisers at Radiance2018.
